Verify your identity so payouts reach the right wallet
We ask for a photo ID and proof that the mobile wallet belongs to you—usually a screenshot showing your name and number—the first time you request a withdrawal. This step keeps someone else from pulling funds out of your account if they guess your password. Upload the documents through the verification section in account settings; our team reviews them and marks your
profile as verified. After that, future withdrawals skip the document stage and process faster. The documents stay encrypted in our system and we use them only to match your payout requests to the wallet you registered.
- Navigate to verification — Open account settings and tap the verification or KYC tab; we list the documents we need and why we need them.
- Upload your ID — Take a clear photo of your national ID card or passport—make sure all four corners and the text are readable—and upload it through the form.
- Prove wallet ownership — Screenshot your bKash, Nagad or Rocket profile page showing your registered name and mobile number, then submit that alongside your ID.
- Wait for review — Our compliance team checks that the documents match your account details; you get a notification once verification is complete and your first withdrawal can proceed.
